Troy Innovation Garage is 10,000 square feet based in Downtown Troy, New York that attracts the Capital Region’s creative class. Owned and developed wholly by Aurelius Coworks, the $1.6 million renovation project of 24 4th Street transformed a 14,000 square foot vacant eyesore on the city’s busiest downtown thoroughfare. There are 15 office suites occupied by software, IT and app companies; as well as marketing, digital advertising and content companies, 4 meeting rooms and three large coworking spaces. There has been a waiting list since the space soft-opened on October 1, 2016. There are currently 115 coworking members for 150 available membership slots.
Bull Moose Club is a 10,000 square foot coworking space under development in Downtown Albany across the street from the New York State Capitol. Aimed at change makers, businesses with interests in state government, and those needing flexible workspace in Albany, there are plans for 25 private suites, a large coworking space, and 6 meeting rooms. Planned opening is in time for the 2018 Legislative Session in September.
